TERMS & CONDITIONS
A deposit of not more than 50% is required prior to the
commencement of all works, with the balance payable on completion. Payment in full
is due upon completion of all work even if the work remains uncollected.
Additional charges will be incurred for dismounting and remounting of tanks, fenders,
panels and parts. Any collection or delivery of motor cycle or parts thereof will
also incur a charge (to be agreed).
Where design work, requested by the customer, is then not progressed to finished paintwork
at Tombstone Graphics, a charge for design time will be levied.
Where existing colours are to be reproduced or matched we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the result. Such processes, though calculated electronically, are subject to variances within the original paintwork, the surfaces upon which they are to be applied and other variables.
Tombstone Graphics retain full copyright of any and all works, designs and preparatory studies produced by them or on their behalf, none of which may be reproduced in part or in whole, by any means or process without direct written permission of Tombstone Graphics.
